Standard Tracked Shipping: from £6.00 Delivered in 4–7 working days.

Express Shipping: From £12.50. Delivered in 2–4 working days
Note on Fulfillment: Please allow 1–2 working days for our lab to prepare and label your items before dispatch. You will receive a tracking link via email the moment your order leaves the facility.
Customs & Duties: As we ship from our European hub to the UK, all orders under £135 are typically exempt from additional customs duties under current 2026 trade agreements. However, any local import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Refunds: At The Naked Ruth, we take pride in the bespoke nature of our products. Because each bottle is custom-printed and finished specifically for your order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
Damaged or Faulty Items: Your satisfaction is our priority. If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or faulty, please contact us within 30 days of receipt:

Cancellations: As our laboratory begins the custom printing process shortly after an order is placed, cancellations can only be accepted within 1 hour of purchase.
